Posh Journeys is now offering a program for antique salvage and antique buying trips to some of the best Antique Salvage dealers in England. Antique salvage are items which come from old buildings that  have been dismantled.  They consist of anything from fire places, doors, windows, floors, lamps, mirrors, fountains, garden sculpture to bricks, stones, fencing and much more. They are elaborate and beautiful antiques.  If you are interested in being introduced to some of the best places in and around London, we can set up a private tour for you.  You will visit some of the best salvage yards in London and in the surrounding areas. Although, antique salvage is the main theme,  you can also visit dealers in fine antiques. Shipping to a U.S. port will be taken care of for you. Containerized shipping can be arranged . Although your purpose for such a trip will obviously be to  buy antique salvage and other antiques, you can combine the trip with sightseeing  excursions, and of course there is London with plenty of time each evening to enjoy the city. The itinerary is but a suggestion on how you can tailor such a trip and it can be altered as to your particular interests and time limitations. 

Itinerary:

Day 1 - Arrive in London where you will be met by our associate and transfer to the hotel of your choice. After arrival you have time to relax and, time permitting, you may visit a nearby dealer. B

Day 2-  After breakfast private transportation will take you to visit dealers and salvage yards which we have set up for you. B

Day 3 - Visit to a dealer or salvage yard  in the morning then take the afternoon to either return to one of the dealers you have visited for a second look, or visit another dealer or salvage yards. B

Day 4 - Today an hours drive will take you to salvage yards and antique dealers outside of London, to places such as for instance Oxfordshire, the Hampshire's, Kent, Sussex, Dorset or Devon to name just a few. You can combine the drive with sightseeing as you travel to your destination.  B

Day 5 - After breakfast take the day to finalize purchases and shipping arrangements, or take the day for sightseeing.. B 

Day 6 - Another day to finalize purchases if needed. B

Day 7 - Transfer to the airport for your return flight. B

Packages are usually inclusive of airport transfers, accommodations  of your choice with breakfast and transportation in a private vehicle.
