Viewing Tour of Castles for Sale in Saxony 
and Brandenburg

Scheduled Departure: Sept. 15 to Sept. 21, 2010

  This tour is a fabulous adventure geared to those who are interested in investing in a castle. There are still many castles for sale, some at a very reasonable cost. Most however, will have to be refurbished or even rebuild in part. Nevertheless they are dream projects and when rebuilt represent a good investment. If it is your dream to own a castle this tour will teach you all you need to know to become the owner of a castle. 

ITINERARY  

Day 1 - Depart USA for your flight Germany.

Day 2 - Arrive in Germany where you will be met at the airport to be transferred to a beautifully restored manor house where you will stay for the next five nights. 

Day 3 to Day 6 - Each day after breakfast you will tour various castles which are within your planned budget and fit your planned later use. 

Day 7 - This morning transfer back to the airport for your homeward flight. 

TOUR COST PRIVATE TOURS:  $1,450.00 double or single 
TOUR COST FOR OUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE ON SEPT. 15, 2010 - $1,150.00 per person double or single

INCLUDED IN THE TOUR COST ARE: Airport transfers, breakfast each day, all transportation, appointments to view the castles and the services of our associate as you host and expert adviser on the purchase of a castle. 

NOT INCLUDED:  International airfare, meals other than breakfast and any item not mentioned in this itinerary.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:   Restoration Consultation and Restoration Cost Estimates - $350.00 per day per project.
COST ADDITIONAL DAY: $225.00 per person double or single occupancy
