The Estate sits near a large recreational area with lakes, nature reserves & two planned golf courses.  A private airport is within ten driving minutes. 

At this time we are offering a 50% share in the ownership of the Torhaus & the operation of the hotel business for EUR0 500,000, which can be further broken into 10% shares at EUR 100,000 each.
